Important Information

I am pleased to offer a 10% discount on all physiotherapy sessions for NHS staff. To help support you in maintaining your own health and well-being. Thank you for all that you do!

I also offer 10% discount to students with a valid student card.

Please I accept most insurance companies but you must check if home visits will be covered on your policy before booking the home service.

Please note: Vitality and Aviva do not currently cover women’s health physiotherapy, so an additional payment will be required to match our women’s health clinic fees.

Geographic Coverage: Brighton and Hove (patient near surrounding areas can be covered at extra cost) Outside of Brighton and hove £1 per mile travelled (round trip from BN3).

Home visit parking is included in the cost of the service.

Cancellation Policy

At The Mummy Physio, we understand that sometimes plans change. We kindly ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Terms:

• More than 48 hours’ notice – No charge
• 48 to 24 hours’ notice – 50% of the appointment fee
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance – 100% of the appointment fee

We don’t like charging for missed appointments but last minute cancellations prevent others from accessing the care they need. Giving us at least 48 hours’ notice allows us to offer your slot to someone else who may be waiting.
